Hi my name is Denise,
I manage the 'Little Players Childcare' service. I am an early years
professional who has worked in the field for over thirty years. I have worked in both private and local authority day nurseries and children's centres.
I have specialist training, and over 10 years of experience, working with families who have children with learning difficulties and complex medical needs.
I am very passionate about the work I do with children and young people and realise the important role I play
in supporting their learning and development.
Throughout my years of working with children I have observed how beneficial it can be for them to learn while playing, which is something that features prominently in the way we provide childcare.
I also believe in the importance of working jointly with families and professionals, to ensure the children I work with are given the best possible start in life.
